The sheep cheese production plant set up in Urepel and called ´Hor Dago´ is a good economic tool participating in the developpement of the valley. Using the sheep milk largely produced in this area, this artisanal plant makes delicious sheep cheese demonstrating its traditionnal and technical know-how.
